Having problems logging into the member's area? Please make sure you have
clicked on Join and purchased a membership. Please remember that user ID and
passwords are case sensitive. If you need to recover your user ID and password,
please go to the Join or Catalog page and click on the link at the bottom left
that says recover password. Input your email address and it will be emailed to
you right away. Please email us if you require further assistance. Don't use the
order line for technical support.

Click on the thumbnail that says 'see details' and then click on "Click Here."
You will be asked to input your user ID and password which are the ones you used
when you registered or signed in. Comcast bounces emails from Stonefox and other
ISP's may put our emails in your spam folder.
Want to cancel your membership? Go to the Contact Us page and request that your
membership be canceled. We can't change the status of it to non-recurring so
once you ask us to cancel it you will no longer have access to the member's
area.

Our shopping cart is secure. When you click on Check Out, you will see the https
URL. Users of Internet Explorer will get a message that asks if they want to
display non-secure items. This is because the menu on the left side of the page
is separate from the shopping cart but that isn't where you enter any personal
information. Rest assured that your information is encrypted. You will also
notice that some of our competitors don't use secure shopping carts!
